Here’s what happens to the information you enter in our inquiry forms and school record search.
Certificate applications
The school receives the handler details, animal profile and saved portrait you submit for review. Optional personal details may be left blank. These applications are available only to authorized office staff; submitting does not publish them or issue a record.
Information to leave out
Do not send medical records, payment card details or highly sensitive information through the inquiry form. Start with a general description of your training goals.
School records
Public lookup displays limited details from issued school records. Inquiry contact information and private notes are not included in public lookup results.
Website storage
The public website uses no advertising analytics. The office stores its sign-in session in the administrator’s browser so authorized staff can open private records. Sign out when using a shared computer.
Corrections and questions
Use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction. Include your inquiry reference where available, without adding unnecessary personal information.
